Doctor Girard was not prepared for the visit. He had not read the information provided to him by the referring doctor prior to our visit. He relied on us for that information then seemed unhappy when we had follow up questions. Also his lack of enthusiasm was palpable.

The staff is excellent, from checking in to the nurse getting background information to the actual visit with the doctor. They all seem to enjoy their job and that has not been my experience with other doctor's offices. Not only were they polite and supportive but they were very knowledgeable. I felt like every concern and question I had was addressed professionally and I didn't feel apprehensive about asking them about anything.

I'm 72 years old and I've never been happier with my GP; Dr. Girard is the best.

Very consistent service

I feel nervous when I go see Dr Girard, i get white coat syndrome. He’s a great guy, but my BP was 170/89. I went right home and took my own, 4 times in 5 mins, the last reading was 134/72/80, I sent him all the readings. I’m more nervous with the nurse for some reason. They should let you get acclimated in the office then take your BP. Not her, I was in there, 2 mins later she comes in and takes my vitals, that made me even more nervous. The other thing that bothered me, she doesn’t hold my arm perpendicular to my body, my arm is always low, isn’t that the incorrect way to take someone BP. I was told by my old doctors from Long Island it had to be chest level. That’s about it, all good with Dr Girard, he’s a great guy, he listens well and treats me accordingly.
