Dr Chung is always so pleasant and takes time to listen to your concerns and then gives you feedback based on that or recommendations on further care or home care. He never seems so busy though he is, but he genuinely cares and gives you his full attention. I see many other types of doctors with myself & family and I wish many times more of them were like Dr Chung and wish the others were better at listening & less dismissive. I enjoy this practice I never walk out feeling disappointed as I often do at other appointments.

Concerned about contents of progress notes on My Chart. Under physical exam there were items listed with comments concerning actual physical exam. the dr did physically examine feet. No actual physical checking heart, lungs etc after telling dr he did have some difficulty breathing at times snd was told that in past he had been referred to lung specialist in past.. The only physical contact dr made was checking neuropathy in feet. He has had heart issues earlier this year.

Dr Chung was very knowledgeable about my condition and sympathetic to my pain. I am thankful that I had him to care for me. He is a very honest and caring part of your Novant family at the Chapel Hill location. I thank him many times over.
