This was my first visit to see Dr Chipman. Very impressed with this visit and how detailed everything has been. I have been informed about labs and what happens next. Very fortunate to be a patient at this practice.

Dr. Chipman was exceptionally kind, patient and an excellent communicator. He listened carefully and ask a great deal about how I was doing. I have been to a lot of neurolgist with both my deceased parents in my life. I do not remember any of them being as helpful and having such incredible communication skills. I realize that is not what a doctors main strength needs to be however, it was truly welcomed and appreciated.

Dr. Chipman is an interesting guy. He's obviously sharp, but he's got a nice sense of humor, which he manages to mix with a no-nonsense approach. I found him to-the-point but also personable. In my case, doctors really don't know what happened. He wasn't afraid to say that, and I respect that.

Dr Chipman is awesome in patient care in suggesting treatments for my movement disorder. This time he suggested family make a plan for care at home if I need it. He listens and seems to be able to suggest something to try as there is no cure.

This was possibly the most thorough, personalized, extensive medical appointment I have experienced. Dr Chipman asked appropriate probing questions. Listened very carefully to my condition. Made me think about my symptoms. Always respecting my physical and emotional well being.

I have a follow up appointment six months after this visit for more actual testing because of the backlog of patients. It took almost six months to get this appointment . Possibly a shortage of Medical Doctors for this area?

Although to get an appointment took months in advance, the m focal team did an outstanding job with calling me in advance as a reminder and letting me know how to get to my appointment. Dr Chipman is great and listens to my concerns or addresses questions I have. I had a 10 am appt. and I wasn't shown back until 10:30 - a little word from the front desk would have gone a long way with me that things had gotten busy...
