I love my doctor

Every time i need to visit, i am surprised at how fast and efficient the process is. I have never had to wait very long and the Dr and nurses are very efficient in getting the job done. Lab is great too.

I have been going to Dr Carpenter for about 9 years now. He and the staff have always given me excellent care. They are professional as well as caring and friendly. Even if my doctor was busy they always fit me in to see another doctor or a PA that also gave me excellent care.

I really like Dr Carpenter. He listens carefully and explains things very well. He’s been my Doctor for quite sometime and I wouldn’t want anyone else.

As always, my visit was timely, efficient and informative. I had a follow-up appointment from 6 months prior , and when the dr. had to cancel, I got a new appointment 2 days later. I would stay with Novant under all circumstances.

Dr carpenter has been my dr for at least 35 years. He listens and always gives me explanation for any questions I have. He has given the best medical care anyone could get. I have all the respect and trust in dr Carpenter. Do not ever want him to retire.

Dr Carpenter has been my primary care doctor since probably the late 80s. I have been fortunate to have him. His assistant and staff is are great too. The the speed and system for getting test results back is impressive!
