Ms Layton is definitely the kind of provider that fits my needs. She works efficiently and thoroughly, which I appreciate, and frequently checks for my understanding. She also asks if there are questions about each topic we discuss. As part of the wrapping up process, she asks if there are any questions about anything we did or did not discuss. I think Ms Layton is great.

Amazing experience! I sent a MyChart message at 7:10. The front desk called me at 7:20 and I was on a video visit with the provider at 7:45. I had my prescription by 8:15. This is all before typical health care office hours. This is how health care should be delivered!
