I felt that DrWilson was very capable in treating me and was very through in his decisions. He gave me a decent report. I will see him again in one year. Everyone in the Novant chain is highly qualified.

While the doctor was nice and professional, he was interrupted 3 times because he was on call. He left the room 3 times to take calls. I am the Customer when I am seeing the doctor and my time is as valuable as his and Novant. This needs to be addressed as a flaw with seeing patients. Novant needs to schedule undivided patient time for treatment
