Had an appointment with a competitive office and seeing Novant was a night and day difference as far as my experience went in a positive light. I was treated with kindness, empathy, and respect. I was well educated without having to ask. I did not feel rushed. Even went above and beyond offering to coordinate and speak with my other provider about my situation.
