Dr French and his office staff are too notch . I love Mint Hill Hospital and the customer service there. It has always been consistently excellent. This is one of the most professional, clean and well managed medical facilities I’ve visited. I was dealing with sciatic pain and walked in limping. The receptionist immediately got me a wheel chair and wheeled me up to the second floor Spine Center. He also agreed to go back to help me to my car once I finished. The Spine staff were prompt and professional in checking me in. I did not wait long at all. Dr. Black’s respectful and professionalism made this visit great. He listened to my concern and explained next steps to getting me better. The overall experience was great. Thank you Mint Hill Novant staff!
