Dr. Reid and the entire staff are always amazing. I ran late due to traffic and was about 20 mins left which I know can throw their schedule off and I’m so sorry, but as always Dr. Reid and staff goes above and beyond and accepted me without any hesitation. I hadn’t seen my provider in over a year and although she was nice and courteous, the visit seemed a bit Rushed . I had questions about my test results. I reached out to the provider through MyChart and although she put comments in her response, she did not address my original question.

I have been searching for a provider that would listen to me as well as be relatable, down to earth, and personable. Dr. Reid checks all the boxes! I am so happy to have her as my new PCP. I’ve told all my family and friends about her amazing bedside manner. I am petrified of needles so I was extremely nervous about that part of my visit. Dr. Reid personally escorted me to the lab, showed me to my seat and reassured me I would be in good hands with her phlebotomist. The phlebotomist called me over. She could see how nervous I was. She gently held my hand and looked me right in the eyes and said “I’ve got you. I promise. Just take a deep breath and relax.” Before I knew it she was done! The BEST doctors visit I’ve ever had in my 51 years of life!

Dr Reid listened to my issues about weight and she referred to another Novant Group.

This clerical and clinical staff at this office are awesome. They are always kind, courteous, polite, helpful, patient, and professional. Aside from the wonderful customer service they provide to me, observing them work directly with their Senior patients, and the patience and care that they provide is exemplary. Dr. Reid is always helpful. She’s attentive and takes extra care to ensure that not only are my questions answered, but that I completely understand the answers. She is easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable discussing my healthcare. She follows up to confirm that any referral appointments (i.e, mammograms, colonoscopy, gynecology) are scheduled and attended and then she and I discuss any results. I am grateful to have found Dr. Reid and the Lakeside Rosedale staff.
