all was satisfactory.

The automatic b/p electronic machine becomes too tight . Manual b/p should be taken with this procedural process. First time pts like myself die this procedure are already nervous and un suspecting. Electronic b/p machines apply too much pressure!

I waited an hour to see Dr peacock, no one came in and informed me that there was going to be a delay. I worked in a doctor's office for many years, the least I felt like the staff could do was inform me when he was running behind. He did Apologize when he came in for being late and said it was his fault. I understand delays but I think you should always keep the patient posted if you're going to be that far behind.

The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the time that I checked in with Brittney and being seen by the assistants, nurses and Dr Peacock.

Everything was handle professionally and in a timely manner and I felt very comfortable with the physician.

First time I have ever been in a medical environment that was so impersonal. It was like take a number and wait in line I tried to understand it was because they were extremely busy. Techs in room were procedure was performed were very nice.

It sounds weird I know, but I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling. I felt a little like I wasn't being treated as an individual with a spine issue. It was more like the Doctor checked off my symptoms and said next. It seemed like it was just a matter of fact. The Doctor is new for me and it worries me if I can trust this Doctor with my back surgery.
