I went to Dr. Friedman for the first time on 01/24/2024. His staff was very polite. Dr. Friedman himself was very professional, polite and calming. 1. He explained what the scans revealed in terms that I understood. 2. He showed me every scan and explained where the kidneys, bladder and prostrate were and their purposes. 3. He showed me on the wall chart where all the organs were and where my issues were. 4. He explained everything in detail in “layman terms “ so that my wife I were fully able to understand. Dr. Friedman made the entire exam and visit so calming. I was very nervous to say the least. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman and will be back.

Very professional

This facility needs to work with getting more prompt in time with late appointments. We waited almost hour. They should schedule Procedures separate days they do appointment. Our time is as precious as your time and you shopkeepers your patients waiting for hours. Some of us have to take off work so our time is important to us as well as your time is to you.

Dr Friedman and his team are top notch medical people. I count it a blessing to have them.

My mom uses a walker and the drop off service was such a blessing. The wheelchairs were right there. The attendant moved an orange cone for me, so I could easily rejoin my mom instead of parking 3-4 floors up. Amazing people!! I grabbed a meal in the cafeteria while mom had her PET scan. A cafeteria staff member showed me how the kiosk worked and recommended dishes. She then showed me which station to pick up my meal. Again, amazing customer service and super helpful hospital employees!!!

The staff at this facility are unbelievably amazing. Every staff member I interacted with from check in all the way to check out were so kind and friendly. Your staff has great personalities. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and safe. I can't express enough, how much that is needed for patients to feel comfortable sharing their medical conditions.
