Great Customer service

Very considerate, knowledgeable, and personable.

The experience with this appointment was not the best. We arrived about 15 minutes before the appointment time. The sign indicated the doctor was on time. However, we set in the lobby for about 30 to 45 minutes before being called back. Then sit in the room about 30 minutes before seeing PA and the doctor. If the doctor and the PA were running behind, it would have been nice to be made aware.

Since I wanted to wait until after the first of the year they did not have a lot to say to me about my problem. I am to call to schedule surgery in Dec. for Jan or Feb. No alternative to surgery was mentioned or pain help until then was offered. Since this is the first time to have this problem I really don't know what to expect from them.
