Dr Helman, the secretary, and medical assistant were wonderful. They were very attentive and caring and explained things to me in detail that I needed to know. The person who scheduled me was also awesome for getting me to an appointment time so quickly

I didn’t exactly feel like I could share what was going on with my issues and I wanted to be examined, whereas that wasn’t even asked to me. I also felt a little bit like the doctor wasn’t exactly empathetic and kept making little jokes, so that didn’t make me feel as comfortable with her.

OBGYN is never a appoint that you will look forward to But dr Melissa Helman makes you feel comfortable relaxed and cared for her staff especially her check in lady is absolutely wonderful welcoming and is knowledgeable in her work Overall it sure is easier and so much less stress to have your yearly exam since this office gives you the comfort and calm as also trust that you are in good caring hands ?? My visit was great. The receptionist was lovely as always, and got me checked in and out with no issues. Thank you Dr. Helman and her medical assistant for their friendly care. They both made me feel comfortable and at ease. I even had some questions answered via MyChart on some important questions after my appointment, and Dr. Helman swiftly answered them and prescribed me medication that was requested (and one that she thought would help with my IUD appointment). This was an absolute waste of my time. I didn’t get any answers and really wasn’t listened to about my problem at all. Then I was left in the room for 15 min after my apt was over so I just walked out. I will not go back.
