I love how Dr. Latimere, Jon, and Kenny listen to you. They do not just make assumptions and rush you out the door. They are compassionate and truly care about your health.

The last knee shots made my knees hurt. The "Chickcomb" injections make my knees feel great. I am usually very happy with knee shots but, the last shots made my knees hurt... What changed???? Thanks..

I felt the provider i saw talked down to me and my husband! I’ve used this location many times and this was the only time I felt because of our age the Dr we saw didn’t think we were knowledgeable about my injury or the best way to address the issue.

I trusted Dr. Latimer and his staff with my knee surgery, and I was not disappointed.

Staff from the person on phone assisting me with getting an appointment to everyone leading up to seeing the doctor were so kind and professional. Being able to be seen so quickly with a recent injury was so helpful. Love this office and the staff.

The PA Kenny Clark was awesome and took time to explain the procedure. He prepped my knees and explained the process during the procedure.

I am exceptionally please with all the care I receive a NH. Doctors and staff ALWAYS treat me with respect and care. As Black women I can’t say that for other places.

This was my first visit, but I was impressed with the care and will return in the future.

It's been 6 years since they did my hip replacement and although the staff has changed some in that time, everyone is wonderful. This time there was a radiology student from RCCC there to assist with my X-Rays and I was pleased that the clinic partnered with RCCC to train new technicians. The technician did an excellent job.

Dr. Latimer is a great guy. He tells it like it is and give all options.

Dr Latimer took time to make sure my knee replacement was doing good. He is a great Dr.

The staff was excellent as always. This was my first time seeing Dr Lattimer, I felt rushed and that he was in a hurry. The visit lasted about 5 minutes. I felt like he really wasn’t listening to me. I think the plan he made for me is right, I just didn’t like feeling that he didn’t have time for me, especially when it was the first time he had ever seen me.

Everyone is very friendly at this office. Dr. Latimer is a very skilled physician. He has done surgery on me multiple times even when he was at Stanly Regional Hospital. I have a lot of respect for him as a physician and a person.

Nothing it was great

Everyone was very nice and treated me respectfully. They listened to me even if I repeated myself (I have TBI due to a car hitting me when I was outside of my car in Nov 2018) because of that accident. (I wasn’t there today because of anything about that accident.) I was there due to extreme low back/hip pain on the lower left side of my back. Everyone explained what they were about to do, answered any questions, and really took time to make sure to inform me thoroughly, answer questions, etc. I honestly felt at ease, from checking in to when my visit was over and I was about to walk out the door. I got paperwork, was told how to reach them if need be, and explained where to go for my physical therapy, and they gave a paper with the address, Info etc regarding where to go for my physical therapy next week. I truly appreciate everyone who was there and assisted me in any way.

I am grateful to Dr Latimer and his staff for my very exceptional care, from prior to during surgery and after care.
