The provider was very professional and very knowledgeable about her area of expertise. I felt very comfortable discussing with her my symptoms and concerns. She provided information which will certainly be helpful as I continue to deal with my circumstances.

There is always a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I enter the office. I’m always impressed by the receptionist who checks me in and schedules my appointments when I’m ready to leave. The nurse , as is everyone in the office is quite pleasant and always make me fe comfortable. I can’t commend Dr. Dollar enough. She’s informative, encouraging, knowledgeable and is always prepared to address my concerns. I’m grateful to the entire team and know I’m fortunate to have this team working with me.

Pam did not allow me to explain my symptoms. All she wanted was to fill in her online form. Every time I would try and talk she would interrupt me and say that she "only wanted to have the answer to her questions, yes or no." I felt the appointment was a waste of time and money. Every patient is different. The answers are not black and white for all. You have to understand and care for your patients in order to treat them. Most of all, you should listen.

Mrs. Dollar was so kind, listened carefully to how I was feeling/what symptoms I was experiencing, and gave me helpful tips and options for treatment of my sleep issues.
