I am a long-time patient of Dr. Charles. I actually "followed" him to Novant because of my total trust in his abilities. Further, ALL of the staff at Novant is 1st class. I wish that Novant was in my area.....

Dr Clark is in my opinion a very good Dr. He knows what he is doing and I trust him completely. He involved my son in my care and I know he will continue to help me through this illness.

This was my first visit with Dr Charles and staff. They made sure I was taken care of knowing that I was nervous. Very professional !

The staff and Dr. were all great. They work well together in a seamless manner that leaves you feeling confident of your care. The Dr. spent more than enough time answering questions, making sure you understood the answers and that you didn't have any other questions regarding your care. I highly recommend Dr. Charles and staff.
