My recent visit was very (enjoyable) if a medical appointment can be classified as such. Dr Miller was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of my condition and prognosis. I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge.

Dr. David Miller is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent “bedside manor.” He put me at ease with the pre/post surgical plan and encouraged my participation in making that plan. The reception area staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the phlebotomist working with Dr. Miller was very friendly. His nurse(?) was quiet, stoic and didn’t seem especially helpful. The office is very pleasant, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. This was one of my best experiences within Novant.

Dr Miller is by far the BEST DR Novant has to offer in his field. I wouldn’t see a different hematologist for anything in the world. His team (Lamia (PA) and Julie (RN)) are honestly some of the only medical practitioners that I would feel comfortable with. They deserve the highest praise and recognition. During my treatment, they were the only team that truly listened. Novant has a couple oncologist and hematologist that would benefit greatly from learning from these three. They are the only reason I chose not to sue for malpractice when I had the chance. Directors and corporate partners of Novant should truly know that these three are the top notch in their field.
