Awesome Dr . Really listens !

Dr. O’Toole and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, caring and thorough…even though I know I am getting a shot, they make me feel good about the procedure by caring about my wellbeing the entire time…thank you!!

This was my second time with Dr O’Toole, the first about 3.5 years ago. He is very forthcoming with information and gladly answered my questions promptly. His bedside manner is good, certainly above average. I had epidural spinal injections in my left L4/L5 area for serious left leg and hip pains. Today is significant improvement but not to 100% yet, as he informed me it could be a few days or even a week. Fingers crossed.

I like the way Dr. O’toole explains things and answers my questions and addresses my concerns . He wants to make sure everything is checked out and is very thorough before starting any treatment .

Excellent visit to remove the leads from spine. Actually got there about 45 minutes early, checked in and about five minutes later saw Doctor. Very satisfied.

By far, this has been the best visit to a Novant doctor in YEARS. I was very impressed that he facilitated the visit. He provided possible causes, diagnosis, and treatments. He answered questions with more than a couple of words and wasn’t rushed. I have seen a couple of doctors before him and only he has made me feel confident that he understands my pain. Feel very lucky to have found him.

Dr. Otoole is the Bomb! Always, always, always. 3rd year I had the SS I injections, its not fun, but he does it quickly, proficiently every single time, the other gemtlman in the room, is awesome as well, always professional, puts me at ease. The RN assisting this time was nice, I guess, but not very friendly, I am only saying this for coaching. I was very nervous, always am, this is a painful procedure. This lady barely said a word. Before or after, almost like she was sad. I hope she is ok. But I missed having one of the previous ladies who could sympathize with a lady with hers but cheeks uncovered. I sat for just a moment after it was over. I am always afraid of being lightheaded. She was preparing for next procedure, I guess. But told me I could get my purse and leave, but she never looked at me or looked up. Thank you Dr Otoole and your guys who assists. You guys make an unpleasant experience bearable.
