The majority of my visit was with the P.A., Jamie. He was very attentive to my needs and I felt like he listened to my concerns and sought immediate solutions for my issues.

Dr. Martin was no less than fantastic! Easy to talk with, very competent and knowledgeable about my condition, offered very good recommendations for treatment, and then executed the treatment with skill and effectiveness. I am completely different as a result of his intervention. Amazing experience and I look forward to the follow up. I also want to say that the Physician's Assistant was also outstanding and I unfortunately forgot her name but please find out who that is. Excellent appointment! I am so much better!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Both hips replaced in 2022 - July and October. Dr Martin and his whole staff were awesome! Surgeries were successful. Questions answered quickly. My only regret was that I waited so long to schedule.

I waited an hour after my appt and spoke to the receptionist at the desk as to the delay. Please respect your clients and keep them updated as to why their appt is delayed and when to expect to be seen. My time is as important as the providers’ time.

I was never seen by the doctor I had my appointment with. The assistant gave doctors feedback without me meeting the doctor. Took 3 assistants to put a plastic brace on my arm. I have the recording if you would like to see how I needed an xlarge brace and left with a small since no one had experience on what they were doing.

I broke my wrist in Florida, right after that, I moved to North Carolina. I told my sister I had to get a hold of her orthopedic doctor and she said I’ll give you her number. His name is Dr. Martin he is fantastic. I called and made an appointment and I got one right away in my experience has been excellent. I would definitely recommend. your practice to anybody

Kyle, the PA did an outstanding job explaining my symptoms and health situation and reviewed all relevant data and Steve did an excellent job outlining my situation and what to expect in the future. I am very happy with my experience with Novant Hills, and will look to use Novon health in the future if required.

Unfortunately there was a 45 minute delay the day of my appointment. My doctor, Dr. Martin spent less than 5 minutes with me. He told the PA which drug to order and he. Ever came back. I find the rush of these appointments to be very discomforting. I hope doctors never feel this way!

Dr. Martin and his assistant made a decision to do surgery after two visits and trying alternative methods first. I'm very grateful for their prompt decision to move forward in a quick manner to relieve my pain.

They bent over backwards to help me. Went above and beyond.

The staff and doctor took "time" to listen to my desire to know exactly the problem(s) revealed and informed/educated me until I comprehended the issues and options. In spite of "MCI" and hearing aid interferences, each attending staff member remained patient, thoughtful and ensuring. I felt understood. Mostly, I appreciate the total experience. I also was impressed with phone and site interaction with the friendly/professional front office staff. Overall my grade is excellence -- an "A"!!
