I always have a great experience with Novant whether it's for my children or my care. Jennifer Mock is amazing and listens, understands, and is very thorough.

Dr. Mock was awesome. He is hilarious and so personable. She was great at relaying the information to my daughter and was wonderful with me as well. My daughter is excited to see her again for her follow up visit and my kids have never been excited about a doctors visit.

I love Dr Mock. She is amazing. She listened to me and my concerns about my problem. She helped me decided what was my best option and didn’t push for something I didn’t want. Always informing me about any risks and makes me feel comfortable which is hard. Also the staff is very nice and helpful. I got confused where to go for bloodwork and another nurse showed me where to go.

I am a new patient, just having moved to NC from OH. I have a pretty lengthy OB/GYN history and was dreading having to go over the last 50 years. But Dr. Mock had reviewed my files from my previous doctors and was up to date on everything.! I had not requested that my files be sent over. That is something the office did on their own and it made the visit seamless! I can’t say enough about the doctor herself. She is warm, caring, supportive and professional all rolled into one! Moving into a new area at my age has had its difficulties. Health care was a major concern. So far, it’s better than ever and I’m confident that I’m in great hands! I was referred to Dr. Jennifer Mock by my previous OB/GYN of 23 years whom I absolutely adored. As a result, I referred so many of my friends to her over the years. It was important to me her replacement was equally as wonderful as her and Dr. Mock was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and friendly and answered all of my questions. It was my first visit at this facility. The check in personel was so nkice and welcomes me very friendly. The nurse / assistant was very kind, taking time to listen and processed questions between me & her. The Doctor Jennifer Mock was such a hurry and kept saying " Let's get this done qucikly as possibe..." I was not comfortable with her attitude. What is the reason to get done quickly as possible? I believe I was in her exam room less than 10 minutes. I will not go back to her.

This location has the most hard working front desk, Medical staff and an exceptional Dr employed. Dr Mock is amazing and I am sure that contributes to such a busy location. Even under that type of environment everyone handles themselves with such grace.

Although the provider was very nice, I felt the visit was very rushed. I looked at the notes after the visit and there were several inaccuracies in what discussed during the visit. Never had an annual gynecologist visit completed in such a short amount of time. Healthcare certainly has changed and not for the better. Sad!
