I say this every time, but Dr. Lassiter is the kindest, most REAL, most compassionate physician I have. He should be teaching future clinicians as well as healing. I can't imagine a world without MORE MDs like Dr. Lassiter!

I have been going to the Cancer Institute for over a year now from diagnosis to treatment and everyone there from the front desk to the infusion room, the treatment room and the exam room have been so compassionate and kind to me. I have become very comfortable around everyone there and they have become an important part of my life.

Everyone was nice and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and not like a stuffy office Dr. visit. They can’t informed I showed up early and they worked me in early. This is by far the best of the Novant facilities that I visit. The staff is courteous and efficient and Dr. Lassiter takes the time to explain my condition and the options for care. I wish all Novant facilities were like this.
