My wife and I have been a patient with Dr Hirata and staff for over 5 years. Every visit is a pleasant experience with more than reasonable wait times, professional and courteous staff, and a genuine caring demeanor for us. We always feel like the staff take a personal interest in our concerns and address them properly and with our input. It truly feels like a care team, and not just a “provider”.

Dr Hirata is an excellent physician He always knows exactly what is needed. He is extremely kind. He works hard and always makes time for all of my questions and explains everything so that I can understand him! All of the folks in his office are great people!

I was disappointed with my visit . Dr. Hirata seemed to be distant and not at all interested . I kept having to point things out to him ( ex. elevated labs and low B12) . I spoke to him again about my neck pain and he did not follow up on it . I guess his hands are tied on some of these complaints, but like I said I was disappointed with my visit . I know I am almost 76 years old , but you have these questions and I have to be truthful.

Dr. Hirata saw that I had an issue with my hand which I could not close and was in some pain. His treatment that he chose did the trick. Within 24 hours I was able to regain use of my hand by 75 percent and by 48 hours it is up to 95 percent. I am so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Hirata who is a kind and caring doctor. He also has a terrific staff who also show great treatment of their patients.

Dr. Hirata is terrific! It’s obvious he truly cares about my health and well being. He listened intently, reassured me, offered suggestions, and never made me feel rushed; though I feel sure I kept him over whatever time is generally allotted. When I mentioned I’d like to think over and/or research on of his suggestions he was polite, open, and supportive. He said I could discuss it with him again anytime. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Hirata as our family physician. He’s the best!
