Everything was great but there’s a disconnect when checking out. I was told I needed a follow up in 8 weeks and when checking out the didn’t schedule me. Pleasant experience overall

This was my first visit to Kernersville Family Medicine. I was very pleased with Dr. Radio. His regular nurse was not there, but the nurse that took care of me was very thorough and very sweet.

I did not see my normal provider which is totally fine. However, when I first arrived, the receptionist check in was very rude very sassy zero out of 10 recommended her poor nurse was so scatterbrained felt bad for her. Doctor fist bumped me prescribed two medication’s before he even looked at me talk to me, yeah just not gonna try to go back to that one again

Dr Radio is very personable and I am very happy with him as my new primary physician. The on site nurses are also great and have been very gentle taking my blood. The lab Corp nurse was first ever to rupture a vein taking my blood. Overall like my new family care.
