This is first time to visit this office and the staff is nice and the physician is friendly with good knowledges.

Everyone was very polite. The provider listened very carefully & gave good feedback during my first visit. She had a calm presence which is what works best for me. She also made me feel that my care with her was personalized. She made the visit I was extremely nervous about comfortable, which is what I appreciate most.

The staff was great rescheduling my appointment in light of my pending surgery. Megan Horton is wonderful. Professional, caring and compassionate.

I called and Mrs Dorothy made an appointment for me to come in within an hour. From being checked in from up front to everyone in the back where I was seen, was friendly as normal. I met Megan for the first time and she was courteous, friendly and listened.

This was a new patient visit for a follow up after an Emergency Room visit. Absolutely loved Megan Horton. My visits from ER to labs have been absolutely outstanding. Receptionists were awesome; nurses were awesome. They all made me feel cared for and important. They all seemed like they liked their jobs! I highly recommend this Dr, practice, and Novant!!!!

I have been seeing Megan for years and she is fantastic. I really can’t say enough good things about her. She is personable and easy to talk to. She listens to what I have to say and has always made me feel comfortable and heard with whatever I have going on. She truly cares and I am so glad she is back in a primary care office and her nurse was also wonderful. The front desk was very friendly and I am very pleased with my experience in this office!

The Physician's Assistant was very professional, knowledgeable, and was excellent in communicating information regarding my condition. Further, she put forth the effort to share the results of my diagnostic procedures as soon as they became available even though it was outside normal office hours.

Ms Horton was very sympathetic to my medical issue and encouraged me to get back in touch with her if I didn’t start feeling better.

I visited my primary doctor's office during the walk in (because of Flu symptoms). This service is efficient and one of the best aspects of this office. The staff is all kind, polite, efficient, caring and professional.

Megan Horton was a compassionate and caring PA. The visit went quickly even though I had to book it’s spur of the moment. Precautions were taken for the safety and health of all patients.
