Excellent practice

The staff was incredibly nice and easy to talk with. I felt every bit comfortable to talk openly about concerns and matters to my health. I didn't feel rushed at my appointment and felt time was dedicated to me. Dr. Kabrich listened very well with what I had to say and I'm a fast talker. I appreciate everything Friedberg Family Medicine does to for me.

After a late afternoon, Thursday appointment, William requested that I check-in via mychart on Friday to ensure that the drug regimen he recommended worked before he would be away for the weekend. He was very responsive via mychart and together we came up with a plan that worked swimmingly.

Friedburg has been my PCP for almost 20 years, the staff is wonderful, caring, and treat me incredibly well. I truly can't imagine going to another practice for my primary health care needs.

I feel completely comfortable there. Staff is the best all the way around. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. My husband goes to another office but wants to start coming here instead.

I saw Will and he did a super job he covered all questions that I had and gave great recommendations and was truly concerned about my health.

Timely professional and personalized care

My overall experience here was amazing. I am employed by Novant and I am proud to say that Friedberg family medicine is my primary care provider. The team member that checked me in and got my weight is truly remarkable. She even gave me a special cape for my toddler son for nurses week! I felt very comfortable with the doctor, and I am very happy to be back with the practice.

I feel so blessed to have found this practice. It took me almost 2 years to find a new primary doctor. I had came to this practice on an urgent care visit and I couldn’t believe the way everyone from the check in to the nurses to the doctors to checking out. All of them were so respectful, caring towards me. When I saw that this practice was taking on new patients I immediately knew I had to switch over to this practice. My former primary which is just right above my house, that doctor didn’t make me feel welcome nor cared for like this practice. This practice has treated me with the upmost respect in every way. Plus to have physicians to ask you if they can pray with you is an awesome act of kindness. I have and will continue to recommend this practice.

The clinicians are absolutely excellent!! Will is always attentive, thorough, and personable. I am 65, a retired nurse with 42 years experience and Will’s attentiveness, attention to detail and pleasant professionalism are the best I have encountered. He truly is Remarkable!!!
