Dr. Richman is amazing! He always answers all of our questions thoroughly. He also explains things to my daughter (the patient) and makes her feel very comfortable with her treatment…even when surgery is involved.

This was my first visit to a Novant Facility and my first visit to see Dr. Seth Richman. I was very pleased. Dr. Richman was very kind and did a thorough evaluation of my big toe. His X-Rays revealed I did not have a fracture. I do have a bio pro implant from another surgeon back in PA. that did not turn out well. I have pain when walking from the other surgeon from 2015. Dr. Richman gave me different options I can do to help the pain. He also explained to me if I decide to get surgery what my options were. I think he is very knowledgeable. He took his time with me and answered all my questions.

Amazing staff and Dr. Richman takes time, unhurriedly explains and answers questions. Great experience. It is a busy practice. I wish I could have been seen sooner than 6 days post diagnosis at Urgent Care because having the correct foot boot has provided much needed comfort and ambulating safely.

Dr. Richman is awesome! He did surgery on my husband's foot 5 years ago and did an excellent job with the surgery and explaining everything to both of us after the surgery! I saw him for arthritis in my big toe joint and he was very informative to me with solutions to help!

I love how well-organized everything is. On time, I’m not sitting in an empty office in between staff seeing me. XRays right there and immediately interpreted. The doctor was fully knowledgeable about the reason for my visit, tests done that day and plan options as he came in to see me. Then he personally stayed to answer the questions I had. I love Novant.

Dr Richman did my ankle surgery in 2022 and him and his staff did amazing and treated me well throughout the whole process. This time going after a year they were just as nice and caring and provided excellent information and were easy to understand what I needed to do

Dr Richman was great - I’ve been looking for a long time for a doctor I could trust to care for my foot issues. Finally, Dr Richman is that doctor!

I was very impressed with the staff and care and knowledge of everyone. I was thrown back with the possibility of surgery so I really was not prepared with the right questions. I do have a follow up in 6-8 weeks so I will start thinking of them now.

Novant has the best staff
