Great place, great doctor and wonderful staff.

Dr. Charles is very professional at all times and very understanding. He listens well and answers all questions. I would certainly recommend him and his staff to friends and family. The nurses became like family to me and made my experience with chemo a lot more bearable. I am very thankful for Novant Cancer Center in Thomasville.

They made my husband & I feel better and more relaxed about everything going on and how it was going to work. Very pleasant & friendly.

DR Charles is the greatest

I know that the Doctor cared.That is something you don't see much this day and time.

Dr. Charles is nice and friendly. However it is clear after being his patient now for over 2 years that he can't figure out how to treat my issue and has no desire to try harder. He is content to just "wait and see" and it feels like every visit is a waste of time as my condition worsens. I am frustrated. Often I come to appointments and he asks questions that he should know the answer to and it feels like we are starting all over. It is very frustrating that he does not read up before he sees me, or understand what is and is not in my chart. My last appointment he didn't even have my diagnosis correct. His nursing and lab staff are excellent. He's a nice man and I am sure a compassionate doctor for most folks but for complicated cases such as mine, it isn't as good of a fit. It feels like he just wants to treat the normal things and not mess with more complicated patients. Meanwhile I'm left hanging and waiting for care that never really materializes.

All there make me feel glad that I have them and not others. They are you all wonderful

I was nervous when I arrived but the staff made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr Charles explained my x-rays and condition to me very well. He answered all my questions.

The experience was great Dr Charles and his staff was awesome. They were really helpful and great caregivers. Everytime I go they have been awesome and really care about their patients. Dr Charles is awesome also he is great and I trust his judgment with my care and highly recommended them to everyone.
