I was glad the office could work me in without an appointment.

Sarah Hallett is my regular provider. I think she is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to 8 my concerns. That helps me feel cared for and safe.

Sarah Hallett was extremely attentive and made me feel very comfortable to be open with what I was struggling with, despite me social anxiety. I felt as if I knew her when that was my first time meeting her, during my appointment. My journey to resolving some my anxiety is far from over, but I’m extremely grateful to be able to have help from Sarah Hallett.

Everyone we’ve met at this clinic is so caring, kind, welcoming and professional. Sarah Halley is such a great listener and seems to understand exactly what we are describing. She’s prompt in determining the appropriate treatment and tells people to be sure and call back if they aren’t better. She never belittles people or makes them feel unintelligent. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy promptly. My husband and I are in our 60s and are new to this clinic. We wish we had found it years ago. Would definitely recommend this practice above others.

Sara was outstanding in her review of my ailment. She conducted tests with excellent reasons beforehand and equally informative explanations afterwards. She carefully explained next-step options with her recommendation. After the CT scan report was received later the same day, she called me to provide a lengthy interpretation with next-step protocol. Novant is fortunate to have this highly-qualified, professional, medical provider on its team.

The staff and PA was great. I called office and was told to come to Walk - in clinic . I was seen right away.

I was very impressed with how quickly they expedited my appointment. Front office staff is friendly. The PA's were treated my injury with such gentle care and the doctors showed genuine concern.

The attention and care and quick response to questions is excellent. I always feel like I’m important even if I’m not sitting in the office.

I wish I could get all my care at one place, I have at least 12 different doctors. Why can’t I be treated by one doctor and not be sent to multiple places where they do not really know my condition or complications. My family doctor knows me but these others I see make assumptions based on based on text book’s comparison. I would like to be cared for by one office not multiple offices. They know me.
