Dr. Manfredi is the best physician I ever received care from. She listens intently and doesn’t talk in a way that you must ask her to “dumb it down” a tad. Doctor Manfredi has actually saved my life by detecting a clogged carotid artery just during a routine physical. Even the surgeon had trouble believing that. (I had zero symptoms). Prior to Dr. Manfredi’s assignment to this Novant facility, I was considering changing to another primary care group. I’m glad I didn’t! She always follows up with me regarding my lab results or any questions I may have. Please recognize Dr. Manfredi for the many caring and professional talents she brings to your company. My dr. Brenda M. is the best primary doctor, she takes time to explain and she is always there to help you. She is always on the spot with massages, any results like blood work, x ray, mri, anything, she is always there to give you the best care.

Dr. Manfredi and her staff have been excellent. I have been to this office 3 times in the last 6 months (2 routine appointments and 1 for lab work). The staff has been very pleasant and has treated me with great care. I had had the same family physician for 20 years so it was somewhat traumatic to make a change after all that time. So far my experience with Ironwood Family Medicine has been excellent. While I tend to set fairly high expectations for healthcare providers I have found that those expectations are not always met especially by staff. Dr. Manfredi and her staff have actually exceeded my expectations so far and for that I am grateful.
