I was a new patient who had an urgent need. They fit me in the day I called. From the time I walked it, it was a very pleasant experience. The front receptionist was friendly and efficient. The staff member that took the initial info was very nice even offered me some water. Dr Gandhi was very pleasant and thorough. Seemed concerned with my issue and reaching a resolution. I appreciate the care this facility provided me yesterday. I will return for future issues if needed and move my annual full body scan to this Novant facility.
