Dr.Bates is a wonderful doctor and always listens to my concerns.

My experience with Dr. Bates was fine, I have no complaints. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My issue is now with the practice as a whole. I was sent there due to Elizabeth office closing and I was assured I wouldn’t have a problem getting care at one of the other offices due to my being high risk. Dr. Bates came in and told me they wouldn’t be taking me on as a patient because of my weight. She said it was the decision of the group because of certain criteria. She said she was referring me to Atrium health. I explained to her that I preferred Novant and wanted to find care through novant, and still deliver at Presbyterian. I even explain to her that I went through this with my first pregnancy with my son, and was turned away by two novant offices before I landed at Elizabeth. I told her how everyone thought I was going to have this complication of that complication due to my age and my weight but my pregnancy was perfect. I didn’t have any gas station of diabetes. I didn’t have issues with my blood pressure and I delivered vaginally so I don’t understand how I’m going through the same thing again, when I was told that I would not have this problem because the Elizabeth office was closing.

I really like my doctor and the staff. They make me feel comfortable and listen to me.

I just started coming to this Provider and this was my second visit , I must say from the front desk staff and all the way back to see the provider the service I have received has been amazing, the provider also listened to my concerns and offered me guidance and had a great plan to help me get to better help.

Everyone was very polite and professional. I love to see that. Being in the health care industry can be overwhelming and stressful but I did feel that at this navant office. I felt welcome, I could see that the staff enjoyed their work and it made me very comfortable!

Dr Tiffany Bates is amazing. This is my first time seeing her as I relocated from PA. With an extensive medical history, multiple surgeries and diagnosed with adenomyosis, fribrods, ovarian cyst within the last two years I have been through alot. Having her give guidance to me on ways to combat my health issues, LISTENING, giving examples, explaining and also sharing insight with me I didn’t have from 5 previous doctors was mind blowing. I made a video of my experience and sent it to several after to share how amazing our experience is. Based on just 35 mins I feel more confident in my ability to potentially have a second child if we choose to and that has been out of the question for over 3 years. I don’t have to look elsewhere , I have found an amazing OB and excited for my new journey!

Moving to Charlotte was a huge risk for me. Being a Black woman, I strongly believe another black woman would take the best care of me, holistically, and Dr. Bates does that
