Oct 2023Dr. Chokshi is absolutely outstanding. We moved out of the area but still drive 30-40 minutes to see her because she provides consistent and excellent care. She is extremely thorough and communicates very well. She always answers my questions completely and is great with follow up. I’ve referred family and friends to her and will continue to do so. Her nurse is also outstanding. She is so kind and warm, and is also very fast with shots which is a major plus with kids. I cannot say enough great things about this practice and doctor Chokshi:)
