While the rest of.the county was rushing around preparing for an appeoaching hurricane, Dr. Sheatsley was intently listening to my myriad of varying issues and concerns as if I was his only concern. The nurses and all staff were comforting and friendly and wonderful at their jobs. I wish everyone could be so fortunate as to experience their health care needs the way I have at this office. My Novant doctors ate so important and they take the time to make me feel that the sentiment is mutual.

This appointment was pretty deep for me. I have a lot of issues we’re trying to resolve. Dr Sheatsley handled me very patiently and, although I didn’t realize it at the time, took his time trying to resolve the issues. I’m sure we ran over the scheduled time but I never felt rushed or unimportant.

Had an appointment and only waited 5 mins after arriving to be taken into exam room. Dr Sheatsly is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my problem was and treated me accordingly. Thanks to a great team!

I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment yet, I had attention immediately. My visit had no to little wait times and that was very helpful, especially because I had someone waiting for me. I saw my PCP, had 3 x-rays and had labs done. I was there for maybe one hour. I'd say that you can't get better/faster service than that, thanks Novant Oceanside Family Medicine!
