From the moment I walked into the front desk I was greeted personally and enthusiastically. I was assisted in getting all of my new patient information updated because I had attempted to put it into the system but some of that didn't work perfectly. I was told what to expect and who would be assisting me. I was promptly greeted by the doctor's assistant and assisted with all the preliminary procedures and information gathering. Dr day was very professional and personal and knowledgeable and patient. She was respectful of my preferences even if it didn't agree with a gold standard or her recommendations. She assisted me in every way that I needed including letting me know how to address any follow-up questions or gain assistance if it was needed. This was exactly the kind and quality of care I was hoping for and am grateful to have received.

This was a new patient visit. My appointment was made months earlier and this was the first available appointment. While I would have liked an earlier appointment I was extremely pleased with how I was treated and with Dr. Day. She was a good listener and most attentive during our time together.

I appreciate how Dr. Day keeps me up to date with knowledge and medications pertaining to my health. She and her staff definitely make sure that I understand everything before leaving the office. I am really grateful for their care, caring nature and professionalism.

Dr Day seems to me to be what a physician should be. She is definitely a step above most! She got to know me and listened carefully to what was important to me as far as medication, tests, etc. No rushing or disregard for my wishes or concerns. Wish all physicians had her “bedside manner”. Real good experience all the way around. Other staff seemed a step above also.
