Kristen Clark was great! After taking X-rays she decided I needed a steroid shot in my shoulder. I couldn’t put my arm behind my back for two weeks. Within 30 minutes mins I was able to move my arm behind my back. I was thrilled with the results and will now start PT and return in 4 weeks for a follow up. I was Very impressed.

Kristin was wonderful! I really felt she understood what was happening with my shoulder, listened to me and helped me so much with the extreme pain I’ve been having. For the first day in six weeks I have relief from that pain! I am so thankful for her!

I was in and out so quickly but got all of the information I needed. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like there was true interest in my wellbeing.

I love both Kristy and Amy, I love their mothers for raising such fine girls. My leg after being injected with the cortisone shot immediately felt better and by the next day I knew it was good getting a full night's sleep.

My Doctor Kristen is the most caring and knowledgeable, and knows exactly what she is doing! I definitely trust her with all my needs, and if I needed surgery she is the only one I trust! Definitely recommend her to everyone!

The experience was good. I got there early and they called me back soon as I checked in, which was convenient. The 3 people I saw were nice and friendly and listened to me to try and gain more of an understanding to what was bothering me. Kristen Clark was wonderful and nice! Easy to talk to and friendly. The entire staff was very courteous, polite and professional! Kristen explained everything about my damaged rotator cuff and made sure I understood. She was awesome!

All of the staff that I had contact with were professional, pleasant, and efficient which is exactly what I expect from any medical person or facility. The PA I saw was very knowledgable, helpful and efficient and listened carefully and patiently as I explained the issue I was having. She expertly in a matter of such a few minutes asked pertinent questions that I feel helped her make the right diagnosis. She offered me a resolution to the problem and administered it that day which was painless and quick. Later that same day, I was using my arm in ways that, prior to the visit, were causing discomfort. The discomfort was greatly reduced and I did not need pain medication that night for sleeping. And, as I write this comment, I feel no pain at all. The x-ray technicial was great, again professional, efficient and knowledgable. I was impressed with the x-ray area. I highly recommend Ms. Clarke and the staff and facility at Novant Orthopedics Robinhood Plaza on Robinhood Road!! I don't know when I've had a nicer doctor experience.
