He was fantastic. So was his nurse. I was dubious about going somewhere other than OrthoCarolina but have no regrets.

Dr. Mason & his staff are courteous, great communicators, extremely attentative & caring team. They listened to my concerns & addressed the issue by adjusting the focus to include both knees instead of just the right knee that Dr. Mason operated on. Although I was delayed in arrival due to an unexpected traffic jam, Dr. Mason and his team worked me in.

Dr. Mason was very nice and the info he gave me I all most already knew but he went over it with me.

This was a post ER visit after a weekend broken arm. The front office called early Monday morning and got us in for an early afternoon appointment. MD was in and out but was friendly and related well to my 5 year old well. The nurse/tech who applied the cast was great.

Dr. Mason is the best! This is our second child with an injury in the past 4 years and both received excellent care from everyone there and especially from Dr. Mason. His bedside manner is just what you would want as a concerned parent with a hurt baby: very calming, patient, funny, and kind/engaging with the child. He went out of his way to make sure he could fit us into his busy schedule and never made me feel like he was rushed at all. I also want to say that Dee Dee at the front desk could not have been kinder or more encouraging. We had a wonderful experience and will continue to recommend Mason to any parent with an injured child.
