Nurses and drs. were great discussing what was about to happen. The results of the procedure and what to do if something was wrong. Dr. discussed recent labs with me and his concerns. Knowing that he took the extra time not to only look at me records but my labs as well. Support staff in the back made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Kent addressed me by name and asked me if I had any questions. Seemed a little rushed but overall I feel like my procedure went well.

I visited this place 4 years ago and was disappointed then,this time it was even worse..the office personnel are terrible and really unqualified for there position s.no communication skills whatsoever..dr.cochran was very nice and apologetic,as well as professional and somewhat embarrassed by this whole situation..I have never been to a clinic and treated so badly..if you can't do better than this you may consider closing it...

Dr. Kent Cochran was very professional and cordial. I really liked him. I have had many spinal injections at other facilities, and this was by far the most thorough and well performed procedure. Except for the front desk person who was cordial, the assisting staff and initial interviewer were curt, abrupt and somewhat severe when talking with me. It didn’t feel good.

I was very pleased that my procedure was able to be moved to an earlier appointment. The staff was fantastic!

This office was wonderful! Dr. Cochran was well known nformed on my condition before he entered the room. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Staff and Dr. Cochran explained everything in great detail. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once finished, my leg was still numb and one of the staff members was there to catch me when my leg collapsed. They monitored me unless I was able to leave on my own.

There was absolutely no instructions given as to the bandage that was put over the injection site - how long to keep it on, any care for the injection site.

Very thankful for y’all in my time of need. I’ve never been one to go to any doctors unless I really have to have help. Very glad that y’all are conveniently located for me. Praying I can hopefully get some relief and the help I need… thank you to everyone…
