The Dr is fabulous so 10/10 for him. The only reason for the lower scores/comments was the 1.5 hour wait. But I do understand if he’s pulled to a surgery that’s priority, so I guess that’s the expectation. I guess it would have been good to get a courtesy call to not arrive at 10:30 if I wasn’t going to be seen till 12. Thanks.

He’s honestly one of the only doctors within Novant that has treated me with the time, consideration and attention that a person deserves from their personal healthcare team. I truly feel like he cares about my overall wellbeing and not just checking off the boxes or meeting a patient quota. I’m thankful for his care and I hope he never retires.
