I usually arrive 15 m before my appointment and I have time to check in , sit down and I have just a few minutes before I am taken back by the CNA - and shortly after this the Doctor shows up. Very happy with the care provided

Dr. Ahmed and his staff are wonderful. However, I will no longer be using My Chart based on your new terms. The staff will have to send my test results to me. I know this is more work for them, but if everyone read the long document you sent, most would not agree to the terms.

I was very skeptical about this appointment and I had forgotten why I had it. I called my primary doctor and they explained why I was sent to Dr. Amed's office. I had a forty minute appointment in which he explained everything. I am grateful that my primary care doctor sent me to Dr. Amed. I'm also grateful for Dr. Amed for his explaining about my thyroid and the condition of it. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They laughed with me and listened to me. Dr. Amed listened to me too. I felt like I just stepped into an establishment that I had been going to for years. Everyone was friendly, helpful and smiling. Thank you for being there for me to come to have my medical needs taken care of. You have an excellent team of people.

Every one we had contact with were very respectful and courteous. My daughter and I were very expressed with Dr Ahmed. He took time to explain the situation of a nodule found on my thyroid. He very carefully explain that this is common in people my age and throughly explained different treatment options. He gave me the choice of the option I wanted to pursue. He told me if I changed my mind to call and we would take the other route. He told me that either I chose he would be there holding my hand and going through this the entire time. I felt confident in his treating me and doing what was in my best interest.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ahmed and his staff. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He asked my wife and myself if we had any questions or concerns that he could help us with. Then he set up a reasonable goal for me to get my diabetes under control and told us to please contact him if we had any questions after my appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
