I have seen Dr Hopkins for years. I didn't think I needed her anymore, thought I should leave the appointments for patients that really need her. Boy was I wrong. I forwarded her my results from PCP. Immediately she advised to see me within a couple days, before 0800 start of the scheduled. Arrived at 0745 and was helped immediately. Within a couple minutes, Franklin came and took me to do Vitals. Dr Hopkins came in and immediately got to work. Asked multiple questions, etc. found out that I am not able to give blood (because of my previous bypass surgery). Here, I give blood and my body does not produce new iron. We took 10 vials of blood to determine how low my iron was. Dr Hopkins stayed in touch with me the entire time. Arranged for me to get a transfusion. Dr Hopkins went above and beyond. I know I need to keep in touch with her yearly.

During your appointment, she asks and answers questions thoroughly and in a manner that is easily understood. She does not hurry you and definitely cares about her patients! Dr Hopkins is so thorough and gives me the most complete physical exam of any of my doctors. She listens closely and answers my questions. She asks me lots of questions about my nutrition and exercise. I hope she never retires! She is 1 of a kind MD. Meaning, she is the best!

Blood draw was easy easy. Dr Hopkins was great; listened to my concerns, and acted on them. Infusion staff was excellent as well. Staff provided snacks and made sure I was comfortable.

From the front desk upon arrival until I left, everyone was kind and professional. My daughter and I both liked dr Hopkins, she was patient and answered all off our questions.
