I recently changed the Novant location, as my old Dr. left. So this was my 1st time seeing Dr.Ingold at this new location. Me and my husband went for an annual checkup. He is very knowledgeable, and he explained us in detail as my husband's cholesterol was high and recommended 2 new tests which came out to be very useful. He went over our family history to clear out any possibilities of cancer or cardiac disease and gave us time.

Dr. Ingold is the best! Always attentive, knowledgeable, and caring.

Dr. Ingold is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. Processes are well-managed and efficiently digitalized. There is a bottleneck with capacity in getting colo-rectral screening appointments, Novant will need to look at increasing capacity urgently.

Dr. Ingold is the most extraordinary doctor! He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. In my case I first saw him several months ago and I was volatile and needed help getting off of an aggressive combination of sleeping pills and antidepressants that another doctor had prescribed after a death in my family years ago. My mental health was spiraling and it was thanks to his caring way and a weaning process to get off the meds safely. I successfully got off the medication! I couldn't have done this without him. I am now on a healthy path and entrust my health to him. The world needs more doctors like him!

This Doctor was a God Send! I had been coughing and choking for over 5 weeks, day and night! couldn't sleep at night, and couldn't get any medicine or help. I wasn't even in the office for 1 minute when they called me back! After only 1 day, I felt 90 percent better thanks to this Amazing Doctor and his staff! I am barely coughing at all, had 2 solid nights of sleep right after seeing him and am sleeping fine now. I will be bringing thank you notes and food to show my appreciation. Please Please give this office an Award for the best patient Treatment and customer service I have ever seen! All offices should treat their patients this way! I feel honored and blessed to have found this Doctor and his staff!
