I met Kaitlyn Shelton during a short stay at Novant Matthews Hospital. She is one of the most personable, attentive, knowledgeable medical professionals I have ever had encountered. When I went to her office I found everyone I met to be very kind and they truly seemed to care about me. I did not feel rushed at all and all my questions were answered. The assistant who took my vitals was especially kind. This visit was a 10+!

My hospitalization stay at Novant was excellent. Each one of the staff was exemplary. I would prefer not to have to do it again because I was very sick, but I attribute my recovery to everyone in Novant Hospital.

I think the PA did a really good job but the way you have so many different providers for different specific issues makes us feel like no ONE person is fully informed and can stick with my mothers care.

The PA is not at all friendly! Not a people person! She acted like I was a bother to her and ready to get finished as soon as possible!
