I make the 2-hr drive to Charlotte every year for my annual physical because of my trust in the Bradford Clinic. I never feel rushed there and I feel that I am heard and respected. I have seen several different doctors in my 35+ years at Bradford Clinic, and I have confidence in and appreciation for each one (currently Dr.Moore).

Appointment was on time. All employees were polite and friendly. Dr. Moore is very personable and thorough.

Waited at the checking line for at least 5 minutes while one of the front desk workers continued working and never once informed me about why I had to wait, nor did she greet me. Bad look. However, Dr. Moore was amazing as always.
