I received a text concerning connecting to MyChart on Monday which I did not see. My appointment was Tuesday. It would have been better for the doctor if I had connected as he had no information on me. Sending out the connection to MyChart earlier might have helped the doctor in his evalutaion.

Dr Gordon is the Best! I have had migraines since I was 5 years old and he is the first real doctor I have ever seen to treat them. The cold had the bones in my head hurting so bad I needed to be in the hospital but I waited on him because I knew he would give me some relief! His staff is excellent also. I just hope he never retires! I feel in the best of care there, and Dr. Gordon has worked tirelessly to help me with my migraine headaches.

The nursing and office staff at this location are professional and efficient while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment. They are also sensitive to the unique needs of their patients (eg asking if I’d like the lights dimmed).

First Visit from a referral. First time accessing Novant Health Provider Services. Overall exceptional experience from the first contact of scheduling my new consultant appointment. They were able to schedule me in with an earlier than expected appointment date and they were helpful and accommodating setting me up with online access prior to my appointment. The Dr Gordon spent time with me taking a history and discussing each part of my concerns. He addressed everything thoroughly and efficiently to help me better understand what was happening and follow up plans to proceed forward. Great initial visit.
