Boon gave me advice for a healthy diet, which I've heard about many times before, but for whatever reason it hit home this time. Boon took the time to pull statistics for me to see the risks and markers needed to go back on blood thinners rather than trying the cpap ( along with some lifestyle changes), so I could feel good about our agreed upon treatment plan regarding my Afib. Every question and concern was answered completely at my level of understanding. And who doesn't love the " Boon fist Bump?!?!?"

I did not feel like I was being heard. My provider talked about a “ hole in my heart” which was the first I had heard of this and he stayed focused on it. Although he stated I didn’t have a hole in my heart. Very confusing on my part; left with more questions than answer. Felt very unsettling.

This is a very well oiled machine. They are excellent at moving a huge number of patients thru their system and I have always received great personalized care.

Everyone was very professional and kept me informed of any new outcomes. Impressed that I didn’t have to wait hours to find out about my care and treatments.

The provider was excellent. The other team members were adequate. I felt like I was very lucky to be able to get an appointment when I needed it. It was a follow up from a hospital visit that I thought was supposed to be within several days. The doctor’s next appointment was in January and the appointment I got was the only one with a nurse practitioner until September, now the doctor is booked until February but I am happy to see the nurse practitioner for my two month follow up.

This was a good encounter from start to finish.
