I had a great experience seeing Dr. Louve! She listens to my concerns, answers my questions and is very encouraging to me. I would recommend her to my friends.

Dr Lauve met with me for 60 minutes, long enough to diagnose my condition thoroughly and answering all my questions. She was thorough and gracious throughout.

Dr. Lauve listened to all my concerns during the visit and provided information needed for continuing treatment of my sleep apnea. Dr Lucie Lauve Temple is the most caring , knowledgeable , sweet and treats her patients well. She listens well to what I said and she advised me as to another medication that could help my tremors in my hands better than what another Neurologist had prescribed for me years ago and did not seem to be working. She wants her patients to explain how they have been feeling. She gave me time to express my medical concerns. The medical practice needs more qualified and caring Dr's .like she is.I am so glad my primary care Dr referred me to Dr. Lucie Lauve Temple because he told me that she was the best!! Dr. Lauve and the staff at this facility are among the best in the state, regardless of specialty. The staff are always amazing, courteous, helpful, personable, and non-judgmental. Dr. Lauve, though, is in a class all her own. In 28 years of being a woman and a patient, I've only ever encountered this level of compassion and professionalism one other time. She respects me and SEES me as a person, and I never feel that she isn't 100% genuine. I wish all doctors could learn from Dr. Lauve. The world, and especially the US, need thousands more just like her.

Lucy, who who is my doctor is very good. She looks at my over all health even at the other doctors that I go to to make sure that the medicine she gives me is not causing things it’s going wrong and she found something so we’re trying to set different to see if will help me not have breathing problems. I like it that she is personal with my health and likes to keep track of it. I would choose her over any Dr anytime.

Dr. Lucie Lauve Temple was prepared to discuss my my condition and implement a plan of action. She was very pleasant and didn’t get upset when I asked for clarification. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST 1st visit with any doctor I ever encountered. She came in prepared and didn’t dawdle but still managed to get to the point. I like that she put things in order of step 1, step 2, etc…. This was first visit, the rest remains to be seen but I will continue to follow up. Thanks to her and her staff for a great first visit. This isn’t going to be a short road to travel but I pray it will get me there sooner than later with trusted care and support.

Dr. Lucie Lauve is knowledgeable, caring, insightful, and trustworthy. During my appointment, she was totally in tune with my needs and questions. She had some great suggestions for meeting my physical needs, including a Novant offering of group physical therapy for patients with Parkinson’s. She is also helping me to try a new medication for my pesky migraines! She was very positive, helping me to leave my appointment ready to better handle living with Parkinson’s.

Lucie Lauve is the Gold Standard for the world of medicine! She has followed me since my stroke and subsequent Sleep Apnea journey. She has walked through some difficult times with me and has done nothing but offer support and positive energy. I remember during some of my darkest times in my health journey, Dr. Lauve looked me in the eye and said "That's all behind you now! You are moving on beyond that to better days!" I can't tell you how comforting that was for me. She has always been so kind and understanding no matter what my situation. One other thing that means so much to me is that she ALWAYS walks me out to the checkout desk. I don't see another medical professional who does that. That is so powerful and says to me that I matter! In addition, the support staff is always so kind and they establish an inviting environment. I always tell them that I have had to go into many different medical settings beginning with my diagnosis of a brain aneurysm. Trust me when I say that not all offices are inviting and make me feel like I am not a number. I am speaking specifically about Novant offices. I wish all the folks I have visited for medical reasons could shadow Dr. Lauve and her staff. They are a cut above all the others and I feel so blessed that I get to have them on my team!
