PA, doctor and medical staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and took time with me.

I called at the end of a business day with a dire need for an appointment. Doctor had already left but was able to get appointment first thing the next morning. Had an X-ray & Dr explained the fracture and the process moving forward..

My husband and I always get expert care when dealing with Dr Ginn.

Dr Gunn was excellent and professional. He listen to all my concerns and address them. That gave me a Cortizone shot and I didn’t even feel a thing I would recommend him to anybody and I am so happy to find a orthopedic doctor in my area that I love.

Doctor professional and took the time to explain the problem and the surgery to repair the problem. Nurse cheerful and knowledgeable. Office personnel very kind and quick to help in scheduling.

Both of the nurses that came into the room were wonderful. Explained everything and was very patient with my daughter bc she was hurting very bad! Love them!

Dr. Ginn was personable and knowledgeable about the issues I needed help with... Unfortunately, he could not help me. I understand why the surgery was contraindicated, but he came off too dismissive and condescending in delivering the negative news... If you have bad news for a patient like... not being eligible for a needed surgery, a bit of advice... sound serious not jolly and happy. Dr. Ginn probably wants to keep things light, but the person receiving the news is not cheerful but scared and frustrated.
