The front desk persons aren't as personal as they were on Remont. A guy was behind me waiting to be checked in when I sat down. The front desk lady didn't acknowledge him until she finished a conversation with an IT guy, I believe he was. I felt bad for him. It wasn't a long time but that's just not how it should be.

Kind, thorough and attentive

The doctor was very nice best guy I’ve ever dealt with the doctor. The lady who took blood not so much. At the beginning she was asking questions with her mask on and I couldn’t hear so I politely asked to repeat she then got an attitude and stopped asking questions. She proceed to take my blood. The second she started I knew something was right after second tube I asked her to stop then she said we are almost done and then half way through 3rd one I passed out after I told her stop multiple times. Very scary experience. She was doing something wrong. Went to the hospital and there was no problems no pain taking blood. Will never do blood testing again through you guys. Will always go to someone who cares and knows something more than nothing next time.
