She took time to listen to what I had going on with my body. Gave me good info on my problems explain why I was seeing one of the providers that I had previously seen and explain why I needed to go back to him. She explain the type of Arthritis that I’m dealing with and I understand the importance of following up with this doctor. Learned a lot about my problems by just having the conversation.

This provider was in and out quickly (less than 5 minutes). She did not make eye contact during her visit, staring at the floor or wall, including while doing the routine check up. She seemed to have her mind made up before coming into the room and rushed to the point that it was very difficult to try and ask questions or explain to her my symptoms.
