Greetings, My visit was good. I just have 1 thing to say. 1. The doctor I saw Jan. 10th he was pleasant and informative but he did not wash or sanitized hands and while he was talking with me he touched the sole of his shoes. Doctors and nurses should be washing and sanitizing hands when seeing patients this should be a given.

Great experience from start to finish. The nurses were friendly and helpful. They took care of me until the doctor showed up. As always, my doctor was thorough and I felt he listened and processed everything I said. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Dr. Scheaffer had great bedside manners, he allowed me to express my health concerns without interruptions while I was speaking and provided me with his feedback in a manner and language that was understandable. The phlebotomy person was also caring and expert at drawing my blood. The nurse was friendly and caring.

Dr Schaefer has been my Doctor for a long time. He listened to my needs and concerns. Was given good recommendations.

I felt my concerns were clearly stated but wasn’t heard. Everything was brushed aside like it was nothing to worry about I contacted atrium urgent care to receive the help I needed. I will not be returning to that clinic and I would not recommend my friend or family I will be contacting patients advocate to file a complaint

Fast and friendly

Dr Schaeper gave me the treatment I needed and explained my follow up questions with patience and a way I can understand . I felt confident he had my best interest about myhealth . I also appreciate the room was very well lighted and soothing with warm aquatic fish that gave it a warm place. The Dr was excellent and I will trust my health in his care .
